In this Beginner Workshop, parent and child will work together learning how to use our sewing machines (Singer Heavy Duty 4411). We'll teach you basic sewing machine knowledge, how to wind a bobbin, thread the machine and how to sew straight, even seams. Students will also complete a project to take home in this workshop. All materials included!
This class is a prerequisite to our 6-week after-school courses and all mini camps or summer camps.
Students who are 7 or 8 years old MUST attend this Parent/Child class (with an adult).
Students ages 9 and up may attend our Beginners Sewing Workshop for Teens + Tweens without a parent.
The cost includes registration for the parent/child pair - only register for ONE spot, but please put both of your names in the order notes box!
